How to complain about an admin (rules)

If you think an admin broke the rules or abused his rights, write a complaint in this section. So that we can check it, please follow these rules.

One complaint = one new topic. Title: "Complaint: admin nick".

Write in the complaint:
- Admin nick (and SteamID if you know it)
- Date and time of the situation (and your time zone)
- Map where it happened
- What happened - short and to the point
- Proof - a link to the demo and/or screenshots (Google Drive, Mega, YouTube). How to find and upload a demo: balagun.net/articles/cs-1-6-demo-screenshots-google-drive

Please:
- no insults, write calmly
- complaints without proof are usually not considered
- do not argue in other people's complaint topics
