Unban appeals

Think you were banned by mistake? Send an appeal: explain what happened and attach your demo and the screenshots taken when you were banned. The admins will review it and answer here.

How it works

  1. Log in and press "Appeal a ban". If your ban is in the list below, you can appeal it right there.
  2. Explain what happened and add a link to the archive with your demo and screenshots (steps below).
  3. The admins review the appeal and may ask questions - answer them in the appeal. You see new answers on this page.
  4. If the appeal is accepted, the ban is removed at once and you can join the server again. One open appeal per ban; after a rejection you can appeal again in 7 days.

How to attach the demo and screenshots

  1. Find the screenshots (.bmp) and the demo all_inclusive.dem in the cstrike folder of the game (see below).
  2. Select them, right-click - "Send to" - "Compressed (zipped) folder" (or use 7-Zip / WinRAR).
  3. Upload the archive to Google Drive (or Dropbox, Mega, Yandex Disk).
  4. Right-click the archive - "Share" - General access: "Anyone with the link" - Viewer - "Copy link".
  5. Paste the link into the appeal. Do not delete the archive until the appeal is answered.

Where are my screenshots?

When an admin checks a player, the game takes screenshots on the player's PC (with the time and the admin's nick on them). They are saved as .bmp files in your game folder, named after the map, for example de_dust20000.bmp:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike\ (non-Steam: <game folder>\cstrike\)

Sort the folder by date and take the files from the time of the ban.

Where is my demo?

The server records a demo on your PC automatically: the file all_inclusive.dem in the same cstrike folder.

It is overwritten every time you join the server or the map changes - copy it right after the ban, before you connect again!
